When it comes to clinical skincare procedures, lasers are one of the most popular. Almost all of us have heard of them. Some think that they can correct virtually any skin problem. However, different procedures are necessary for different skin problems, not to mention skin types. It’s key for us to take an objective view of laser versus non-laser treatments to make the best choice.
I’ve always been curious about the lasers we hear so much of. What are they really about? Today we have a very informative guest post from NY Laser Outlet. Special thanks to them for sharing this great information with us.
Let’s dive into it!
Innisfree is a well-known South Korean skincare and makeup brand, known for their Jeju-inspired lines of natural, “green” products. Tree hugging goodness, anyone?
Cleansing foams tend to strip moisture from our skin. If you’ve ever experienced dry, flaky and tight skin after a foam cleanser, you know what I mean ;) One solution? Cleansing creams.
Anyone else have a hard time finding good cleansing creams? After serious searching, I found this gem. The Innisfree Green barley Cleansing Cream has been my go-to everyday cleanser the past few months. I’m stoked to share this find!
Curious? Let’s check it out!
The Face Shop is a popular South Korean brand known for their skincare and natural image. The Black Label Lipsticks are part of their permanent line. It’s affordable and oh so creamy, moisturising and beautiful.
Let’s dive in to the review!
MAC Casual Lip & Cheek Colour is a creamy, emollient blush and lip colour all in one. The shade For Your Amusement appears warmer coral pink in the pan, but is actually a cool-toned, pastel pink when swatched. It claims to be non-sticky, lightweight and dewy. Hmm, can a blush that feels like a gloss really do all that?
Let’s dive in and see how it performs!
After a great experience with the Innisfree Long Wear BB Cushion, I had to put its tubed cousin to the test. After all, if the cushion formula works so well, surely the tube formula would be a promising alternative?
Free from animal ingredients, talc and colourants, it contains Innisfree’s signature green complex that claims to promote healthy skin. It also claims to give long-lasting, matte skin and does not oxidise to a darker shade.
Hmmm! Let’s find out, shall we?
I’ve been dying to try Sleek’s palettes since they took the beauty realm by storm.
The Sleek Enchanted Forest palette is a new release, fairytale inspired – oh my! – and each colour is has a name I’m sure many of us can relate to. Inspired by fairytales and enchantment, it’s filled with mauves, dreamy blues and earthy tones. It features a good balance of light and dark shades, shimmers and mattes.
How does this pretty little thing perform? Let’s find out!
Picked up this Maybelline the Colossal Volum’ Express Waterproof Mascara in Denmark. Its name is quite the mouthful. Is it just me, or is the Maybelline mascara selection here wider than usual? Hmmm. The quest for a holy grail mascara is on.
Let’s see how this baby fares!
(Spoiler alert: Absolutely amazing, hands down new holy grail (HG) mascara.)
Fall, the season to break out the dark polish and lippies!
Catrice Berry Potter & Plumbledore is a gorgeous duochrome polish, with a grape purple base and blue microshimmer. It screams fall and Halloween witch potions all at the same time – what’s not to love? Continue reading
